Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Royal Goyal Travels & Tours, we strive to provide flexible and fair refund and cancellation options for our valued customers. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Customers
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone call to our office.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the travel date: Full refund (excluding transaction or service charges).
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the travel date: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows or failure to present required documents on the day of travel are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Royal Goyal Travels & Tours
- If we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or government restrictions), customers will be entitled to either:
- A full refund of the booking amount, or
- A rescheduled trip at no extra cost, depending on customer preference.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services such as special packages, permits, or discounted promotional bookings may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
- These terms will be clearly communicated during the reservation process.
5. Amendments & Rescheduling
- Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 3 days before the travel date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
- Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
